Getting the shed ready for use!
- Obtaining the Occupancy Certificate from Hornsby Council – the shed cannot be officially open until this has been achieved!
- Equipment storage arrangements
- Completing fit-out the amenities room so it complies with regulations for disabled members
- Installing donated machinery in equipment room and providing 3 phase power
- Installing power and lighting where required
- Purchasing and installing a dust extraction systems in the equipment room and other locations
- etc etc etc
Members will be notified by email when “working bees” are scheduled for these jobs, and they will be noted in the monthly calendars. PLEASE participate if you are able.
