Please download, print and complete this form, then either…
- send the completed form with a cheque for the appropriate amount to the NEMS mailbox at
130 Boundary Road North Epping or - use the NEMS banking details on the form to transfer the appropriate amount to the NEMS account (including your name in the comments field). If you have a scanner, scan the form and email it as an attachment to info@nems.org.au including a note to the effect you have paid the membership fee.
